We happily accept returns on full priced items purchased online, within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit voucher or refund. Refunds are only able to be allocated to the same payment method used at point of purchase. You are welcome to return your item to our Hyde Park showroom.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item, you will be issued with a credit voucher to repurchase an alternative size or item online. We are unable to hold items for an exchange.
REDUCED ITEMS
Sale / reduced items are final sale and not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS
Customised or monogrammed items are tailored to a customer’s specification, making them final sale and not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before returning your purchase:
The goods are shipped or returned to any boutique within 14 days of purchase
Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged
or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments, smoke or perfume. In the result of this
happening we will be unable to accept your return and
Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached, including shoe boxes
and dust bags. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks
until you have decided to keep them
Gift cards cannot be returned
For South African orders, a flat rate of ZAR150 for postage will be deducted from the refund or credit voucher amount. For any exchanges, you will be issued a gift voucher which can be used to order another item online. P Johnson do not cover International returns costs

We monitor returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

LIMITED EDITION RELEASES
Please note the separate returns policy for our limited edition releases, including our cap and t shirt drops
Items purchased from our limited edition releases are final sale and not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty. Due to the volume and nature of the cap & t shirt drops, we are unable to combine separate orders after the order has been placed online. Local pickup on these orders is available only from our Hyde Park Showroom.
