These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Button Brothers. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Button Brothers reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
Acceptance of an order occurs only when:

Payment
We accept approved payment methods displayed on the website.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Button Brothers will not be liable for delays caused by:

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Made-to-Measure and Bespoke Garments
Due to the personalised nature of these products:

Measurements are approved by the customer.
-
Fabric selections are approved by the customer.
-
Design specifications are approved by the customer.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
Minor variations in colour, texture, fit, or finishing may occur and do not constitute defects.
Alterations may be offered at Button Brothers’ discretion.

remain the property of Button Brothers and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Button Brothers shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights granted under South African consumer protection legislation.

Customer information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
REFUND, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Ready-to-Wear Products
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unworn;
-
The item is unwashed;
-
The item remains in its original condition;
-
Original tags and packaging are intact.
Once approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive:

A defective product;
-
A damaged product;
-
An incorrect item;
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Where applicable, Button Brothers may:

Repair the item;
-
Replace the item; or
-
Provide a refund,
in accordance with South African consumer protection laws. Consumers also retain applicable statutory rights regarding defective goods.
Made-to-Measure and Bespoke Orders
All Made-to-Measure and Bespoke garments are produced specifically for each client.
Accordingly:

Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
-
Completed garments cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind.
Where a genuine manufacturing defect exists, Button Brothers will assess the garment and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include alteration, repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.
Special Order Fabrics
Specially sourced fabrics ordered specifically for a client are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been placed with the mill or supplier.
Online Purchase Cooling-Off Rights
Where South African law grants a consumer a statutory cooling-off right for qualifying online transactions, Button Brothers will honour such rights in accordance with applicable legislation. Consumers may be required to return goods in their original condition and may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law.
Order Cancellations
Ready-to-Wear Orders
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once dispatched, the return process above will apply.
Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Orders
Orders may only be cancelled before fabric procurement and production commencement.
Once fabric has been ordered or production has begun:

Deposits become non-refundable.
-
Cancellation fees may apply to cover costs already incurred.
